I am Server 2008 r2 with two dual port network cards.  I am running one card for the domain connections and the 2nd card for the internet connections.  Windows recognizes my domain network connections properly but when I connect the network cable for the internet connection, recognizes it as a domain connection as well.  The ip address are in a completely different range, but it still recognizes it as a domain policy connection.  How do I get it to change to the public connection so the firewall works properly?  Or is there some way I can configure the firewall to only allow certain ports to be open on the internet connection?
