Hello,

there's tons of information on the Microsoft site. For 2007  visit http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/support/getting-started-with-microsoft-office-2007-FX101839657.aspx?CTT=97

cheers, teylyn
A fantastic Excel tutorial (not a printable sheet - but it doesn't need it) is here (and attached - licensed creative commons)

http://media.juiceanalytics.com/downloads/JuiceExcelTrainingWorksheets.xls

This covers heaps of different excel functions in an easy to follow tutorial style - best of all, it's actually an excel spreadsheet itself which is great for training purposes.

Hi,

I am after an offline solution like a worksheet I can print off.
That's a fairly generic request. What would you want on the sheet? Which of the dozens of "beginner" topics do you want to cover? Do you want data entry? Formulas? Formatting? Numbers vs. text? etc, etc.

The Microsoft site linked to above has several suitable downloads that you can print out. Have you had a look at it?
