There are 2 exch 2007 servers in the W2k3 AD domain. The server having problem is my mailbox/hub transport/CAS server. There are about 20 user mailboxes, and the server is equipped with 8GB RAM.

Recently, few users complaint that accessing public folders took age to proceed. Even sending mails to internal user takes longer. I did some offline defrag on the databases, but still the same. On the server itself, I found that store.exe is taking 4.6gb RAM, and committed memory is at 9.2GB. Does this mean that increasing RAM to 12 or 16GB will solve the problem? I got the above message when running Exchange's "performance log". Any way to solve the problem?
