Mapi_E_Call_Failed on Exchange
I have exactly the same problem as in this thread explained, so I tried to solve it this way:

But I cannot run the mdbvu32 tool. After running it I get the error: MAP_E_CALL_FAILED. Could it be a permissions problem? I checked all permissions and they seem to be fine. I'm the root user with full rights.

i've resolved, reinstalling BES

Is there no other solution? Users are on a business trip, so I can not activate devices. And unfortunately we have some emails only on the devices not in the crashed and repaired exchange-database. When I reinstall BES, then these mails are deleted.
