Matrox TripleHead2GO Digital Edition

Hi
I bought Matrox TripleHead2GO Digital Edition , through which i want to run 2 additional screens , the main is my IMAC 27 with windows 7 and OSX . and i have 2 additional HP 24 inch screen .
1) how to configure it and how to connect it with my pc ,
2) do i have to downlaoda software also for the same ? is yes please i need teh software too .

my main pc is IMAC 27 ( having windows 7 64bit ) from which i have to connect additional 2 hp monitors .
i have only USB ports on my IMAC and one minni display port .

yes that could be a problem adding another video card, a port replicator may not work either I think you have gone as far you can with the Imac and the Matrox sanjeevkmrs
here's my suggestions sorry it's going in a different direction but will give the edge on how many monitors you want.
It's really worth it to do lots of research homework before buying the Matrox or an Imac with limited ports.
