Hi Experts,

I am supporting a Exchange 2010 OWA for my users, and they keep on complaining that the inactive timeout is too short. However, I dont' seem to find a place where to configure the timeout second.

I have read from a few forums, one said it's the configured within Internet Information Service (IIS)... I tried changing the timeout, but that doesn't seem like it.

Another forum said the tweak is in registry... but since I can't further proven, I don't want to mess around with it.

Can anyone help me with finding where to set that timeout?  I think ours automatically logs the user off after 10 mins of inactivitiy (away from that OWA site).

Any help will be greatly appreciated.  thanks!
