Blade server error message: BMC IPMI Watchdog Timer Timeout: Action=System Power Reset.

My company have HP ProLiant BL460c G1. Blade server error message:
BMC IPMI Watchdog Timer Timeout: Action=System Power Reset.

Error:
Server detects that the machine freezes and then reboot but this is not freezes .

This is probably a hardware problem or the firmware update solves this.
I would like to know more information about this error.

What's the solution?

No reason has been given. Formware and driver as per that doc is the most common reason for randomly rebooting Proliants.
