i managed to get the user off sql and back on now, that bit works ok<br />

only problem now is, when i try to add a device it says the server is not ready<br />
<br />
thats cos it thinks the only server name is still primary, is there anyway i can change this?<br />

ive already done an unistall and reinstall (without delete files and reg) would prefer to avoid if possible?<br />

im running BES Express, the server were running it on has changed names, so after changing the name of the sql path in registry and then removing and readding the software again so the changes would be made to the whole service<br />
<br />
i can now login to the service and see all the settings<br />
however the old server is still listed as the primary in all the components, ive been able to remove it from some isntatnces, but i cant remove the overall thing as i dont know how to change the primary server (wont let me delete the primary)<br />

i also had to wipe the users phone so could attach it to the server again and ive deleted the user from BES so i can restart the whole thing<br />
<br />
but when i try to add the user again i get a message saying that the user already exists, even though the user is no where to be seen<br />

anyone help me out?<br />
