Hello Experts, we run Sophos Antivirus on most customer servers and workstations, just recently we have had more than a few issues with infections getting in to various workstations.
In partuclar we found these 2 beauties today on 1x machine:
W32/Patched-I
VBS/Inor-AA
we couldnt easily remove them, added malware bytes and tried Microsoft Security essentials instead, that worked fine and it seems clear. The customer is asking how the virus gets onto their pc. We can see from the history files they have been using facebook and lots of different surfing. Is there a standard set of procedures for avoiding this that someone can recommend?
Could it be facebook?
