anyone know tricks how i can migrate a client with SBS 2003 to Windows 2008/Exchange 2010 (non-sbs) without building a new domain and manually exmerging mailboxes out and in, joining the desktops to a new domain, etc.

i have heard there's a trick where you can join the 2008 server to the sbs domain, promote it to a DC, and then you have a few days where both servers can run with FSMO until SBS starts giving issues, so do all the migration then.

even if this is true (i don't know if it is) can i do an exchange migration the normal way from SBS exchange 2003 to 2010?
