2 Sonicpoints on HP Procurve with guest VLAN.

I have 2 offices, "A" the main office, and "B" a satellite office.  A has a 5406zl an B has 2810-48G.  Currently they are connected via a trunked (LACP) fibre connection (TRK2).   I have a production vlan (VLAN 1), and a guest wireless vlan (VLAN 200).  The guest wireless is a single SonicpointN connected to the router in building A (Port D20), the NSA2400 then feeds port X5 to a port on the 5406zl (D10).

I have 3 DHCP ranges: (A) 192.168.200.x  for production  (B) 10.10.10.x for Sonicpoint managament and (C) 172.16.200.x for the guest wireless devices.

What I've done recently is added a second SonicpointN, to building B on it's 2810 (port 44).   I'm new enough to this, that adding a VLAN to separate the traffic has proven to be a headache.   On the rare occasion this all works, SonicpointB refuses to hand out DHCP address from scope C.  And device in building B hangs on DHCP requests, but building A hums along happily.

I've attached the code from my 5406 and 2810
