FormCalc Accessor Unknown Error
I am working on a form in Designer 7 and am trying to do the following-
Our contractor enters their name from a drop down and their contractor id populated in another field.
I started with the formula used in a previous post that works like a charm-
https://www.experts-exchange.com/questions/26521172/Adobe-WordCalc-automatically-populate-a-field-based-on-the-entry-in-a-different-field.html
The problem is that the contractor id as in the format A99999A and I get an accessor unknown error. The ret= 3000 works fine so I know that it is the alpha characters in the contractor id that is causing the problem, but do not know how to change the calculation so it will accept an id that contains both numbers and letters.
