Exchange to Google Apps export not working
I'm trying to test out the export process from Exchange 2007 to Google Apps. I've watched the Google video on this, read a few tutorials and some EE posts but just can't get past an issue I'm having.
I've been trying to use Google's Exchange migration tool but it's failing to migrate:

I believe I've assigned the correct rights to the admin account for access to the Exchange server.
I've also tried this on WinXP with Outlook 2010, SBS2008 with no Outlook and also WinXP with Outlook 2007 with the same results.
Can anyone give me some hints?

This looks like it's not finding the user's name in the GAL...what's your migration config look like?
