Hi

Open SharePoint Workspace 2010

Then click "File" then Options then click the "Preferences" button.  On the Identities tab, set the "List me in the public workspace contact directory" to "No Listing".  Then click the "Account" tab.  Click the "Delete Account from this Computer" button.  Click OK and then exit SharePoint Workspace.

Data will exist in the following directory, according to which operating system you have:

Windows Vista: C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Office\Groove
Microsoft Windows XP: C:\Documents and Settings\username\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Office\groove
Microsoft Windows Server 2003: C:\Documents and Settings\username\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Office\Groove

I am not sure how much of this you can/should delete.
