My Boost phone can't access a URL

When I try to use my Boost phone to access my otherwise working URL, I get an error.

Web service error: "Access to this URL is restricted to premium users 1019: Compile error"

I have the unlimited data package. Is there something else I need to be a "premium user"?

Thanks,

It could be a few things, but it may be an issue with the version of browser software your phone uses.  It might also be an issue of your phone companies gateway playing up.

Do not read too much into the error message, as the word premium may actually have a different context.

Many of these issues just correct themself'.  Try the good old fashioned remove your battery if possible from the phone, and let it sit for a few minutes.  A good reboot can do wonders.

I tried the battery idea with no success. But after it rejected me I saw "No Service" displayed on the desktop of the phone.  I see that intermittently and am not sure what it is.  My house has pretty bad cell reception.

How do I investigate if its a browser problem?
A few extra details might be needed.  The model of the phone.  As much detail as possible, perhaps a weblink?  If not, the information on the model is usually found under the battery.

Once you know the model and make let me know.  A Boost phone, is a bit to generic to assist without writing an essay of options.
