I advise attempting to REPAIR Outlook before removing and reinstalling.
1. Insert your Office 2003 CD
2. Select option to REPAIR your Office Installation
3. Test Outlook, see if it is working properly.
Cheers!

Is there any other way apart from Repairing & Reinstalling because i dont have the CD with me??
• Check if the latest updates are installed.
• Try to delete and recreate a new Outlook profile.
However the best option is reinstalling outlook.

Go to
Control Panel > Add Remove Programs
Select Office
Is there an option there for REPAIR or REINSTALL that does not ask you to insert the CD?
