Differences between Entity Framework 4.0 and Entity Framework 3.5

I use EF4 at work and love it. We use SQL Server as the back end database and I am getting very comfortable creating partial classes that override behavior of the default objects created by EF4.  But I do work on the side and can uonly use Visual Studio 2008 for that.

So I wonder how similar it would be for me to learn to use Entity Framework 3.5?  What are the major differences? Can I use EF 3.5 with Visual Studio 2008?

Thanks,

it is very similar actually. however, some features are not supported in EF 3.5.
