Dell Inspiron 1545 Missing Winload.exe file at system load

I have a system that lost the winload.exe file. The OS is Windows Vista Business. When I try to reload the OS the load is interrupted and states that the winload.exe is missing, Error: 0xc00000f and the system reload is then canceled. Need some suggestions please.
