The download of the specified resource has failed. <br />

The only thing I can think of that has changed is that we installed a new Thawte SSL certificate on the web server. Could this in any way be what is causing this all of a sudden?<br />

We are dead in the water until we can get this resolved, please help!<br />

p.s. the version of msxml3.dll is 8.9.0.1101.0 and we load it with the following command: <br />
