I am starting to learn VS 2010 and the book that I am using has a chapter about the Generate Method Stub Window. &nbsp;It says to right click on a method and the select the Generate/Method Stub. &nbsp;But that is not a choice on the menu. &nbsp;Is this something I need to config in VS? How would find this or set it up to be on the Menu.<br />
