The website is registered through eNom and I can not find a way to make my contact information public again.

http://www.whois.net/whois/unitedfamilymedicine.org

I am applying for a new SSL certification and need my contact information available to WHOIS so I can get a confirmation email.

Looking through the ENom control panel (3 tabs of data) I can find no way to unhide the information.

You can call eNom.  They have a phone number on their website.
Look for these key words --
Domain Locking
Private registration
Protected Registration
Privacy Unlocking

it will be there, if ENOM is as conscientious as all the others.  If not, transfer the domain to GoDaddy.com

They are GREAT for domain management.  They  are TERRIBLE for web hosting, but are the biggest domain registrars in the world right now, because of service.  Lots of plugs for ads, but good service.

Emailed eNom and they were back to me in under an hour.  Had me verify my account password and then they changed it.
