The wireless password/passphrase should only be visible to an Administrator.<br />

If you have users log in as a Standard user, then the password will be hidden, and when they click on the show characters check box they'll be prompted by UAC. As long as they don't have the Administrator password, they won't see the wireless password/passphrase.<br />
