How to Refer to a Nested OU from the EMS

Hi,

I just started to play with the Exchange Management Shell and need some help. How can I refer to a nested Organizational Unit from the shell. For instance, I create OUs for my different offices and then I create an OU named Users and one named Computers. If I issue the command 'get-user -OrganizationalUnit users' it tells me that "there are multiple OUs matching the identity "users". So is there a way to refer to a particular "users" OU by pointing at the path ie. "ou=nyc,ou=users". I know there are other ways of organizing OUs to have unique names. However, that is not what I want. Thanks
