IBM RSA Not working
IBM X3650 RSA web interface is not working
Recent SW changes on host?

No checked for windows update but found nothing.
The server is a 64 bit 1indows 2003 R2
The cable is ok as it show connectivity when plugged into the switch

Are you able to ping the interface? If not, make sure you have the appropriate IPMI driver installed for your system. At that point, you should be able to use the IBM ASU (advanced settings utility) utlity from within the OS to reach the RSA and view it's current settings. You can also change settings from there if need be. FYI... the IPMI driver install typically requires a reboot, so plan accordingly if this is a production host. I've been able to restore functionality many times using this method. You can also perform simple RSA reboots with this tool without having to reboot the server and go into the BIOS.

from the server bios i have reseted the ip configuration and re assigned new ip theassigned the old ip and it worked fine
