Iphone 4 - How to sync Outlook Contacts only (not all my music)

My first ever Iphone.

I need to sync contacts regularly and want it done at max speed.

At the last screen, you can turn off everything but contacts, if you only want contacts sync'd and nothing else.

I dont use exchange, I use outlook.

Im not setting up mail on this, I only want contacts.

Plug in the iPhone and sync with iTunes. Click iPhone in the devices list. Click the Info tab.

In the Contacts section, select to sync your contacts with outlook, and click apply/sync.

Note that this will only sync your contacts when you plug the phone into iTunes. If you want push sync, you willnhave to use another means, e.g mobile me, exchange sync, etc.

if you want to do it over the air setup a google account (apps or otherwise) and sync your contacts with this, setup the account, add to the iphone and select contacts (not email or calendars - unless you want a calendar sync too).

If you only want it to the PC then go into Itunes, devices, info, contacts and sync with a local application.
