if you want to do it over the air setup a google account (apps or otherwise) and sync your contacts with this, setup the account, add to the iphone and select contacts (not email or calendars - unless you want a calendar sync too).<br />

If you only want it to the PC then go into Itunes, devices, info, contacts and sync with a local application.
