Mailbox size recommendation

Is there an acceptable size limitation to Exchange 2003 mailboxes?  We only have 25 users and are closing in on our 75GB limit. It's time to do some regulating without getting too anal.  Any standards that I am obviously unaware of?

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

The limit realy depends on the limit like you said, Drive space, and probably the most important is your SLA. How long will it take to do a complete restore if the system was to go down? Is that number acceptable to the employees and management? There really isnt a good technical answer tho this. It would be up to the management not the IT staff.

You can set your mailbox storage limit to exceed 2 GB , By default the maximum mailbox storage limit is 2 GB.

Also check the white space on the exchange database ,In case if you have more than 10 % GB of white space then suggest you to go for offline defrage on the exchange database.
