One Exchange Server Multiple Time Zones

We just opened a small branch office in california (only a few people right now). Currently they are logging on to our  systems in Florida through RDP and Citrix. They also sync emails to their phones. One issue I am coming across is when they make calendar appointments it's showing three hours later because the server is in EST. Any options to available so that when they make a calendar appointment at lets say 9am Pacific it will show to them as 9am and those in Eastern as 12pm? Or do I need to put a server in California?

there is nothing to configure it will work out of the box as long as the computer on which outlook is running is each in its timezone.

However you said that they are accessing outlook from Ctirix and RDP in this case they will all be using the timezone of the server
