Edit Attributes in a Microsoft SQL Table for an ArcGIS SDE

New to Microsoft SQL.  I have a database set up for my GIS in SQL 2008 and wanted to view the individual record attribute data.

I do this in MySQL all the time, but not sure where to find the table  containing the attributes.  I can find a table that has the type etc of the fields.

I want to edit some of the content using a Web Editor outside of the GIS.

Thanks
