Hi,

in winbox, click 'IP->firewall' and choose 'NAT' tab.

click '+', for 'destination address', choose 'dstnat' chain put the extenal (live) IP address of your router.  choose 'tcp' as protocol, enter '80' as destination port.

on 'action' tab, choose dst nat as action, and put '192.168.1.2' in the 'to address' field.

Now try accessing the external IP address again you should see your web server instead of routerBoard page.

Cheers.

Hi,

what does "no luck" mean?  Are you seeing any result?  Time-out, "page cannot be displayed" message, error message?

are you accessing the site by IP address, or by domain name?

can you see the web site when accessing by the local LAN address?  Did you try accessing from somewhere outide your network?  (i.e. from a friends house or other business or public internet station)?

Cheers/
Time-out, "page cannot be displayed" message when accessed by external ip address, by internal ip address, and from www.hidemyass...
ok, added a rule in server's Firewall, so now i can access website from extern, and added a rule from your link so i can access by ip the website from LAN. thanks
