Windows Media Center Issue

I have a client with Windows 7 Ultimate on their PC.  Their also have a TV Card installed.

They can view the TV from their Cyberlink software which came with the TV card, so everything in relation to hardware is installed properly.

We are trying to set-up the Windows Media Center on Windows 7 to play the TV through there.

How the attached error keeps coming up and we can not get past it.  Can anyone suggest why this would be happening with the PlayReady part of Media Center?

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

HI mbelletty,

Looking at you screen make me feel that some things are missing in the root of your O/S (WMC). Have you tried reinstalling WMC or doing a system repair?

How do you reinstall windows media center?

Isn't it a part of the Windows OS?

The OS was an evaluation copy build 7601, then I re-registered it to a legitimate license key that was purchased.

Now I can get to downloading TV setup data and nothing happens.  There is no downloading.

Looking in the event viewer log is says that:
"media center is unable to communicate with the tv tuner, bluebird, WDM TVTuner. See Error code 0xc004065 for more information.

Has anyone experienced this?
