I don't think this is possible, but you can check with WebSense Support maybe there is a workaround.

We will shortly be migrating from Websense 6.3.2 to 7.5 and would like to set-up custom reports to monitor Internet usage. I would like a report which summarises individual user browse time grouped by AD OU. The standard Presentation Reports do not seem to allow this customisation.<br />
