thanks itsmein foryour support. &nbsp;actually i have no idea if the server was changed in anyway... but later another colleague fixed the issue, but i didn't get any update from him as what was the cause... haha. &nbsp;I am still clueless even though it is OK now.<br />

But just to follow up on as much as I can. &nbsp;I see all services were started. &nbsp;We don't use the Web component, so there was no IIS involved too. &nbsp;Anyway, I apprecipate your assistance. &nbsp;thanks!
