How to allow HTTPS for banks, Hotmail and Yahoo Account on ISA 2006?

I have ISA 2006, and I need to open the HTTPS for banks website, hotmail and yahoo accounts.
How can I do the configurations step by step?

BTW: I don't have much experience on ISA.

that thread goes through the same question as you, the first few posts describe adding HTTPS - the latter few are about alternative port ranges.

I did not change the port for the HTTPS, I'm still using the standard port. When I go to the following link:
It work fine, but when I try to login it gives me this: "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage".
What should I do now?

Do you use a proxy on your network ? have you got a https entry on the client ?

The proxy is the ISA server, and I installed the Microsoft Firewall Client for the ISA Server on the testing client.

did you follow the steps at the top of the link from EE that i posted

Open the gui - select firewall policy
right-click firewall policy - select new - access rule
select the https protocol rather than all protocols - select internal & local host in the from box and external in the to boxs - select all users. Move this rule to the top.
Apply policy - job done.

Thank you so much, its work now. My coworker disabled the rules, and I did not notice that until you ask me.
