Citrix Printing

We are running XenApp 5 on a Windows 2008 server.  We have 2 users that are having printing issues.  It looks like the print jobs are successfully sent but the only output is a blank sheet of paper.  The 2 printers are Lexmark Pro 700 and a Lexmark x3350.  Out print policy is set to auto-creation, always connect indirectly as a client printer, do not auto install drivers, and to only use a universal driver.  I was told not to install the print driver on the server so I’m looking for the best way to get these printers working correctly.  Any help I appreciated.
