Problem booking meetings on MS Outlook 2010

When I book a meeting in MS Outlook 2010, I select the resource I want and I send the request, but somehow the meeting doesn't appear in the resource calendar.
It appears in my personal calendar, but it doesn't duplicate to the resource.
It onlly happens in clients using MS Outlook 2010.
The mailbox it's correctly configure to auto accept the meeting.

OS: Windows 7 64 bit
Client: MS Office 2003
Exchange: 2003

Can you help me please?

Are you sure autoaccept is enabled on Exchange 2003?  This is not a native feature and requires a scripted solution for it to work.

By default Direct Booking is disabled in Outlook 2010.  Read this for the fix.

Hello,

As i see the Exchange Server is 2003. You will have always problems especially with calendering when you use MS Outlook 2010 and MS Exchange 2003.

However, please check if the direct booking is enabled on Outlook 2010.

To do this. you will need to add the following DWord in the registry for the client:

Key: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\14.0\Outlook\Options\Calendar

DWORD: EnableDirectBooking

Value: 1
