WorkCentre 7335 Disabling of the banner page.

We have a Xerox WorkCentre 7335, I went ahead to disable the printing of the banner page by:

1.Press the "Log in/out" button on the control panel of the machine. Enter in your user ID and password.
2.Press the machine "Status" button on the control panel. Select the "Tools" tab on the touch screen and click on it. Click on the system's "Settings" button. Click on the "Print Service" settings option on the "Group" section. Select the option for "Other" settings in the "Features" menu.
3. Click the button for "Banner Sheet" and then click the button for "Change Settings." Select "Off" and then click the "Save" and "Close" buttons.
4.Press the "Log in/out" button on the control panel and confirm that you wish to log out

I've restarted the printer and verifed that the banner is off.

But our Macs and PCs are still printing the banner page as the first page, would anyone know what may be causing this?

Is this happening for all devices, or just all the Xerox's?

Is the banner page the same i.e. the Xerox One or the generic one?

We just have one Xerox.
Yes, both Mac & PC prints the generic Xerox banner page
With most Xerox printers, banners can also be enabled in the driver. Go to printer Properties > Advanced and check under all the tabs. This would need to be done on the server.

I don't know about the PCs, but the Mac driver will dictate whether to do a cover or banner page. Look at Cover Page and Printer Features in the print dialog's pop-up menu.

This is what I was referring to above. I apologize for not providing more detail.

Unfortunately the below didn't work either:

I found a place yesterday that was giving out banner pages in all our Xerox machines. Go to the Web page for the printer, properties, raw/tcpip, advanced. There are a bunch of check marks etc having to do with Banner pages.

Fixed ours.
