Presumably this means you have a CA running or you simply generate a new key/CSR and sign it again. Then you assign the new certificate to replace the old one.

IF this is within IIS, you navigate to the web site and its properties, then to the security tab and then click on the server as though you were creating a new one and there you will have an option to renew the expired certificate.
You could have everything generated a new or you can use the same key to renew the existing certificate.  The issue mainly deals with whether the first access attempt following the renewal will generate an error dealing with the certificate being from an untrusted source unless you added your private CA as trusted.

Delete the Cert Distribution package from the Public\Public Downloads folder
Then re-run the setup my internet address wizard on the SBS Console
