VMware ESX Server
I currently have VMware ESX Server 3i installed on an HP ProLiant DL360 G5. I installed this about two years ago. It was the completely free version. Is their a free update available for this software? If so, where can I get it and information about upgrading from this version of ESX 3i to the newer free version?
I am currently experiencing some performance issues and I would like to see if an update might help.
Thanks,
Justin

Here is where you can download the latest ESXi software.

I would login to the vmware page and download the esxi upgrade from 3.5:

Thanks for that information.
The compatibility page is confusing. I have no clue if it is compatible with my hardware. My current VMware machine information is attached. Is it compatible with the latest version? Since it has two CPU's and eight cores, is that covered in the free version?
Thanks,
Justin

I guess that answers my question.
Thanks!
Thanks!
Yes; you have to just "play" with the compat guide...it is indeed a bit confusing at first.
Glad to help & best of luck! :)
