"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

On the IBM support assistant download page:

Are you talking about "IBM Support Assistant Lite" (ISA Lite)?

If so, you should select "WebSphere" as the brand (if you try to select Rational, you won't find RAD in the product list), and specify "WebSphere Application Server" as the product.

If not, you should click the Download button in the "IBM Support Assistant Workbench" section.

So, the simple answer to your question:

Q:  Can i directly install "IBM support Assistant" within RAD7.5?

Is no.
