How to unhide or reopen the "Navigation" and "Ribbon" in Excel

A little while ago I asked the experts how to hide or keep the Navigation and Ribbon information from showing at the top and left side of an Excel form because we did not want most users experimenting with the buttons and information other than the "Form" that they will be using.  I followed the instructions and IT WORKED...Great!

I now have a new spreed sheet to work with and I need access to the Navigation list on the left side.  I need to make some reports, new forms, etc. and I can not get to the Navigation bar.  We still need to hide them from most users when they open a form but we need them to create new spreadsheets, forms and reports.

They say "be careful of what you wish for..."

Please help.

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

To show the ribbon, just click an empty area of the menu and untick minimize.

Sorry, navigation pane is Access. Don't know about Excel. Is there such an option? Will watch with interest.
