Citrix client connection slow or freezes.

I'm running two Citrix servers on a farm with about 30 users.  I have one user that complains about slow or freezing connection. Other users are not having any slowness or connections locking up.  The users IT person states they have fast upload/download speed.  Is there any way I can monitor the user’s connection to see where it is failing?  One more thing.  When I shadow the user, her connection seems to speed up.  When I disconnect, after sometime the connection slows again.

check user is having any client drives mapped, remove them and check.

If you user faces slow connection after login also check the network latency for that user. You can use SMC console tool. You can copy the exe to the server where user logged in. you can select the user session from that tool which will show the network latency.


When the client is online, where do you check for "network latency"?  I'm a little new to this.  The citrix guy quit and I got stuck with it.
