How can I hide Privacy Options in the ribbion

Hi
I have an application designed in Access 2003 with menus in my customized tool bar.  I have also hidden the database window and hidden full menus and other things through startup settings.  Now when I open the same application in Access 2010, my menus are shown in "Addin" and that is Ok but the File tab is also shown along with "Privacy Option" menu which I do not want to show to the users.
Can you please help me to sort this out.

This exact same thing came up recently about the File tab, and so far, we have not come up with a resolution.  However, I've *got* to believe there is a way to eliminate that tab. It's simply not acceptable to have that tab (in it's default state at least) in a profession Access application.

this will hide the ribbon

docmd.showtoolbar  "ribbon", actoolbarNo

to unhide

docmd.showtoolbar  "ribbon", actoolbaryes
Seems that blows out the Add In menu/ribbon also.
