The error messages are showing you have a dns-problem or maybe a simple TCP/IP connection problem... but maybe this is not about connections at all.

From what I have read in Microsoft documentation you can not move a 2003 (or 2007) mailbox from Exchange 2003. Also there is nothing blocking edits of mailboxes with 2003 tools, but mailboxes will not be functional that way

And because you have a SBS version I think it is even more impossible to do this move.

But if you use 2007 or higher tools for the move it will convert your mailbox.
Just remember that when a conversion has been made there is no turning back ;)

You can move your mailbox, just not on SP1 or earlier versions of 2003.  Look at this technet post ;

http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dd638187.aspx
Here is a bunch options for you to check, this a wide error you have there.

First off do the move command from the 2010 box.

First check the network.
Upgrade network drivers if needed
DNS settings on all network adapters should be checked.
-Exchange1 must have the primary DNS of Exchange1
-Exchange2 must have the primary DNS of Exchange2
If you have a disabled NIC set to DHCP, changed it to a static IP with correct Gateway and DNS settings (have it still disabled) - strange but does affect this.
Disable IPV6 on Network Cards and Reboot

Check if at the old e2003 box there is any stored login information with wrong entry you can check it with "control keymgr.dll"

Next you should check this
Add SBS 2008 Server to exchange domain servers group
Confirmed Information Store has started on it

Next this:
On the schema master box, under administrative tools>domain security policy>local policy>user rights>access this computer from the network(very first setting)  add the administrators group.
Then on the old exchange 03 box, open a command prompt and typed "gpupdate /target:computer /force.

And this one:
Use ExBPA to check the mailbox servers this is mostly to check if he comes up with a error of "System Attendant homeMDB value is missing" fix that ExBPA will tell you how.

Hope this helps.

bpa returns this  only

Active Directory domain '' has an unrecognized Exchange signature. Current DomainPrep version: 12639.

According to a couple of entries at Technet, this is a known issue that is slated to be corrected in SP1. However, one of the solutions mentions a possible fix.
