TaskBar Response very slow in Windows Server 2003

When ever i login to the server, the task bar displays very slow and it works fine for some time and server stops responding for some time, then works for clicks what i made ..can any one provide me the steps how to proceed with trouble shooting..When the RDP of this server minimized and maximized then the Taskbar bar will be disappered and respond very slow

Looks like a problem with disk response time. Can you check if you have no problem with HDD, please?

is there any utility to verify HDD response time?
Performace Monitor under "Performance and Alerts" in computer management.

OK, looks like no problem with HDD. Try to run this test once again when you have problems with task bar. But it looks like a problem somewhere else :/

This was taken when task bar was not responding, and also response of the server also will be very slow, suddenly it will response for some of the clicks, then it will be very slow, like to know where to start the trouleshoot
Try to perform some anti-virus scan?
Sounds like Excessive CPU load when this is happening....Process Explorerhttp://live.sysinternals.com/procexp.exeSee whats using the CPU, and then double click that process, select the Threads Tab, and we can see more details as to what Modules are spiking (if any)......

This is snap for the process System Idle Process 100% and when i tried to install MS Performance Advisor, i am getting this error, is that relation between the issue i have and installation. Pls advice

I dont think the first one is related, but if this CLSID is for the "Network Connection Manager", might be related to poor performance with incoming remotes....
have you defragment you harddrive ? If there is same problem after deframentation.It seems your harddrive goes slow check it with some hardrive tool like Hard Drive Test Pilot  etc..

Defragment was not moved after 3%. Pls see the screen shot of Component Services error, any suggestion for this error. I believe if i correct this COM+ issue, everything will be alright..pls suggest
