Stopping browsing of libraries and user folder through Office apps

Hi Guys,
We've set up a Server 2008 R2 server that we have managed to lock down the desktop with so that users do not have their default user folder or the library icon on their desktop so they are forced to use their mapped drives only. We have installed office 2010 on the server but when users go to open a file it shows their default user folder and library folder there. Is there any way of either removing them from this view or at least disabling them ?
Thanks

ASKER

Just an addition. I've found i can download and install the Office 2010 ADM templates which adds functionalility to Office through Group Policy but can't findany relevant option in there. Has anyone implemented this in a working environment at all ?

Thanks
