RAM limit 1GB, 1x CPU used only, so you may run into performance issues with many concurrent users.

Why not SQL Server 2008 R2 Express?
1. 10 GB
2. no limit
CPU: 1x used (socket, not core)
RAM: 1 GB
SQL 2008 Express:

SQL Server Express supports 1 physical processor, 1 GB memory, and 4 GB storage

Same for 2005
Why not SQL Server 2008 R2 Express?
1. 10 GB
2. no limit
CPU: 1x used (socket, not core)
RAM: 1 GB   --- Does this mean that SQL server won't utilize more then 1GB of RAM or that the license does not permit for it to be installed on a machine with more then 1GB of RAM?
