Redundant for exchange 2003

Dear experts,

I have simple network diagrame that contain of 2 servers as domain controller replica on each other and one exchange server, all are running winodws server 2003 Standard edition SP2 and exchange is running MS exchange 2003 SP2, today my exchange got crashed and i restore it from an old image but it took 2 hours to come back up, i need a solution to create a
nother new server with exchange and make both Redundant in case one down the other server will stand till we fix the problem cause all my staff was suffering without emails, please help urgent how to make this possible?? please note that all other Winows version is available with my company and another new server is available also, so what to do?

with exchange 2003 it is not that simple you will need 2 new servers with a san and enterprise version of exchange to create your cluster.

you can "rely" on 3rd party tools like Ghost or acronis but i don't really like them
 you could also upgrade to ecxhange 2010 and have a DAG but you will need windows 2008 R2 and 64 bits machines for this
