Converting an ESX VMware image to a Hyper-V image

Is there any way of converting a ESX Vmware image to a Hyper-V image?
I have an Linux SUSE 10 server running on an ESX 3.5 box that I wish to transfer to a Hyper-V server and I'm not sure if it's possible.

I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Try to use Disk2VHD It is for real server migration but should also work with virtual server. It doesn't require server shutdown

I recommend using the free Starwind converter to convert the disk image, then you should be able to use it in Hyper-V.
