Outlook 2010, RPC keeps setting to 'basic' authentication automatically

Not sure why, it is not being defined in GPO according to gpresult, if i set it to NTLM save and go back its there, if i then close and open outlook it reverts to basic and prompts the user for pw.  Where is it getting this setting from ?

usmmsupport--The first time I entered Outlook 2010, I had to enter the email address and password.  In that same window is a box, saying something like "Remember the password".  I checked the box and no longer have to enter the address or password.  I do not know if this applies to the situation you describe.
These settings are on Exchange Server Outlook Anywhere Configuration. Please check your server setting for Outlook Anywhere. It must be configured for Basic Authentication. If you want to use as NTLM, You must change the settings on server first.
