How to move emails to a network folder. Company disabled .pst files. Need alternatives

My company has disabled the use of .pst files. We are trying to find an alternative way to organize our emails since our mailboxes are so small. Is there a way to drag these into a network folder somehowe. Any alternatives would be great. All users are local admins.

Yes you can drag them to network folders.

You can save individual emails, but that's hard to organize as well. I think they don't want you to hold onto any emails. If you can access your emails on your smart phone maybe you can store them longer there?

Hi,

You can copy the mails from the outlook and can paste into any of the local system folders and from their you can directly open the saved messages which are in message outlook format(.msg) and then delete the unnecessary mails from the mailbox, such that you can manage the mailbox size

How do you drag or past into network folders or local system folders? I can't find this option? I can open then individually and save them one at a time, but that's not really an option.

Hi,

First select the mails in outlook and then control+c and then control +v to required location and that will save in message outlook format, or else select the mails and go to edit and cut and then goto folder location and then paste the same
